Gorilla Workout FAQ

How do I go back if I accidentally completed a workout?

Once you have hit the "Complete" button, just go back to the Main Page and select the "View Previous Workouts" button. From here you can select any previously completed workout and perform it again.

Is there a way to reset the workouts?

Currently, there is no way to "reset" the workouts that you have already completed. However, if you would like to go back and start from the beginning of a completed level, or simply do a workout that you have previously completed, just go to the main page and hit the "View Previous Workouts" button. Every workout you have completed so far will be listed in the order they were done. Just select the workout you want to re-do and go for it!

What kind of equipment do I need?

Although Gorilla Workout requires no equipment there are a couple pieces of equipment that will improve and enhance your workouts.
  • A standard pull up bar, doorway pull up bar, or any type of bar that is sturdy and can hold your weight. Resistance bands can also be used to simulate a pull up.
  • We also recommend having a chair or a step nearby for dips.
  • Weighted vests or ankle weights can add significant intensity to the workouts

How much space will I need?

It will depend on your height but generally if you have enough room to do a push up and also be able to jump high in the air you should be fine.

How much time does it take?

A typical Gorilla Workout session varies based on your current fitness level and which level in the app you're attempting. A person with a lower fitness level attempting some of the higher workout levels will take substantially longer than someone who is at a higher fitness level. That being said, if you are performing at your suggested workout level the workouts will vary from 15-30 minutes.
